“Greetings dear friends. Know that we are all working in the best way possible so that you can go through this phase with maturity, love and confidence. Know that everyone is seeking to feel good about this process, but most importantly, you can achieve total healing from the issues you are going through.

Even though the tribulations can be strong in their lives, all lightworkers in the astral and spiritual spheres are doing their best to make it less painful. You complain a lot about suffering, don't you? However, understand that much of your suffering is the result of the level of mental and emotional immaturity you are in. As you reach this maturity, you will more clearly realize that there are no problems, that this is all an exercise for you to reach that much needed spiritual elevation so that you can enter into more subtle dimensions.

Spirituality ... you also like to differentiate spiritual from material. Everything is spiritual and everything is energy. But in the realm of spirituality you now find yourself in denser spheres to learn to control yourself in more subtle spheres. This is not bad, on the contrary, it is a different form of learning, as lightly as it sounds. Even if you complain about this pseudo-suffering you experience, these sufferings are much milder than on subtler planes if you do not reach spiritual maturity.

You always complain that you cannot achieve some internal stability. For this the practice is necessary. Practice is tied to daily discipline. Increasingly, seek to silence the mind more, focus on your prayers, be grateful for what you already have, and be alive with one more daily chance to work on your evolution, forgive more, learn more, and especially love.

Love is the key in this process of yours. Pure love welcomes, transcends and liberates.”
